  • Certain "eligible noncitizens" may still qualify to complete the FAFSA:

  • Texas Application for State 金融援助 (TASFA)
    Students who are 有资格在美国定居, are classified as Texas residents (see Texas Residency 常见问题 below), who are ineligible to apply for federal financial aid using the FAFSA, can complete the Texas Application for State 金融援助 (TASFA). The TASFA application is used to determine eligibility for state-funded grant aid, which is the Texas Equalization Grant (TEG) up to $3,每年800. 建议完成在线TASFA. Once admitted to UIW, submit your supporting documents using the 安全的上传.
    Documents required to be submitted with the TASFA:

      Note: If parents earned enough to be required to file, 但没有提交, you will not be eligible for TEG until they file.
